Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on retail, non-custom items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are not accepted on custom or personalized items unless there is a verified defect in workmanship or production quality.

 

To be eligible for a return on retail items, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

 

 

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

 

 

 

 

Exchanges apply to retail, non-custom items only.

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

 

 

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process
  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund

Manufacturer Warranties | Non–Northland Lifestyle Company Branded Products

 

 

Many products sold by Northland Lifestyle Company are manufactured by third-party brands and are not produced by NLC. These products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not a warranty provided by Northland Lifestyle Company.

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship and vary by brand and product. Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions are determined solely by the manufacturer.

If you believe a non-NLC branded product has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
  • We will assist in connecting you with the manufacturer or authorized distributor to begin the warranty process

Northland Lifestyle Company does not guarantee repair, replacement, or refund of non-NLC branded products outside of the stated return window. All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s review and approval.

 

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by environmental conditions are not covered under manufacturer warranties.

Products designed, branded, and produced by Northland Lifestyle Company are created in small batches or made to order using quality materials. We stand behind the craftsmanship and production quality of NLC-branded products.

 

NLC Craftsmanship & Quality Guarantee

 

If your NLC-branded product arrives with a verified defect in workmanship or production quality, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

Because many NLC-branded products are made using natural materials, custom processes, or specialty finishes:

  • Variations in color, texture, grain, print placement, or finish are normal and expected
  • Minor differences between individual items are not considered defects
  • Normal wear, aging, misuse, moisture exposure, heat damage, or improper care are not covered

Custom & Personalized NLC Products

 

 

 

 

All custom and personalized NLC-branded items are final sale.

 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom items unless there is a verified defect in craftsmanship or production quality. Approved designs, personalization details, spelling, and layout are the responsibility of the customer once confirmed.
